Otto Frei is shipping orders and we are striving to keep our operations as normal as possible but some things have changed. All customer service is being done remotely. In warehouse staff is limited to shipping and receiving. We no longer have will call pick up in store service. Shipments by USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx can take a little longer than usual and carriers service guarantees have been suspended.

Customer Support Representatives are available Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST. 

Store pickup, phones, online chat and shipping will be closed on: Wednesday January 1, 2020 New Year’s Day Monday May 25th, 2020 Memorial Day Friday July 3rd, 2020 Independence Day Monday September 7th, Labor Day Thursday November 26th, Thanksgiving Day Thursday December 24th, Christmas Eve Friday December 25th, Christmas Day Friday January 1, 2021 New Year’s Day Store Pickup will be closed on: Monday, January 20  Friday, November 27 

Our warehouse is located at:  126 2nd Street Oakland, CA 94607 We do not offer in store service. Customer service is available by online chat, phone, and by email. Orders are placed online or over the phone.
