Enter in the email associated with your account and click "Send Email"
If a valid email address was entered you will see a confirmation on the Login in | Register Page
Check your email for a message from account-recovery@ottofrei.com. If you do not see a message in your inbox please check your spam folder. It can take up to 5 minutes to receive the email.
Click on the Change Password button or copy and paste the whole URL. Make sure to copy everything otherwise it will not work.
The link will take you to the secure reset password page on OttoFrei.com at which point you can make your new password.
Once you press change password you will be taken back to the Log in | Register page and see the confirmation "Your password has been reset". You can now login using the new password.
