I received an email from certcapture@ottofrei.com to submit my resale information.
If you were a customer of OttoFrei.com prior to July 2019 and registered as a Level 1+ with a resale certificate an email was sent to you requiring you to update your information with a valid document.
The email you received contains a link for you to submit your information via our CertExpress portal powered by Avalara:
The blurred part of the image above contains a unique request code. To submit your resale certificate click on the link that contains the code, or visit the CertExpress website an manually type in the request code.
