There are 2 possibilities: 1) When you track your package, the carrier shows that the package has not been delivered. Sometimes they will find the package in their system and deliver it late. Sometimes the carrier will declare the package lost after a certain period. Sometimes the carrier will declare your package damaged or destroyed. The shipping charges you pay for packages valued over $100.00 include insurance for lost or damaged goods, so if your carrier does not show your package as delivered, or if your goods inside your package are damaged, we can help.

If the only option when checking out online is "Multiple Services" it means that your order needs to ship in two parts from two different carriers. This most commonly occurs when ordering a workbench that dropships directly from our vendor with additional items that will ship from Otto Frei's warehouse.

Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and requires you to create an account. If you have not created an account yet please register now.  We require you to login and create an account so we can provide you with the most accurate shipping cost. Yes!  First Time Customers: When you're checking out online please select the lowest cost shipping method and then in the customer comments field provide: The Class of Service you wish to use. For example: UPS Ground or FedEx 2 Day. Your UPS, FedEx or DHL Account Number. There is a service charge for shipping using your shipping account number.   $5.00 per package for domestic shipments. $20.00 per package for international shipments.

Shipping charges paid on international orders do not include duties and fees. Expect to have additional charges payable to your post office or your chosen shipping company for any international order.  It is your responsibility to check with your government about how much and when duties and fees are payable. 

Items desginated ORM-D No Air Shipping are only eligable to ship via UPS Ground inside the United States of America. If you are shipping inside the United States and seeing high shipping cost try ordering the ORM-D item seperately. At this time we're unable to ship your order via two different methods.

Delivery issues are handled by the carrier. There is very little we can do once your shipment is in the hands of the carrier. If freight shipping is the only option available while choosing your shipping method, then it has been determind that the lowest cost shipping method is via one of our LTL partners: YRC or R & L Carriers. 

If you're shipping outside the United States and are not seeing any delivery methods during checkout, it can be for one of the following reasons: Address Error Please verify the formatting of your address via a google search and re-enter your address.  ORM-D No Air Shipping Items desginated ORM-D Can only ship via UPS Ground in the United States of America. Otto Frei is unable to provide the carrier with any information about your specific delivery requirements beyond your verified shipping address.  If you have a special requirement you can contact USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly after your order has shipped and you have your tracking number in hand.
