Help CenterOnce you have submitted your certificate you will see a confirmation screen showing a status of pending and you will receive an email confirming your data has been submitted.
Once your information has been submitted it can take up to 24 hours to approve Monday - Friday.
If you're in checkout, you can complete your order and let us know in the comment box that you have submitted your tax exemption certificate. We will process your certificate before your order leaves the building and tax will be removed from the final capture amount.
